Overall we tested numerous tubs on the market. We chose the Jacuzzi 385 mainly due to my height (6'3"). We have had one problem with the #1 motor overeating in the warmer weather 70+ degrees. The pump will shut down after approx. 1.5 hours of use. Jacuzzi has been excellent in working with us to resolve the issue. They have replaced all the motors once. During the colder months, we do not have the same issue. Jacuzzi is continuing to work with us, and have even offered to replace the motors again with a different manufacturers motors. This is not that big of a deal, but when you spend 9K for a tub, youexpect it to work flawlessly. The local Jacuzzi delaer Premium Spas and Billiards has also provided excellent customer service to us. Overall I am highly satisfied with tis tub!

Motor #1 (2-stage) over heats in the summer, and shuts down

This is our first tub but we wet tested at least ten tubs. The quality fit and finish was what attracted me to this tub. We also wanted something with a sealed bottom tub. We love the stero speakers, they pop up out of the corners. We also liked the shape of the seats and that you don't feel like you are getting shot out of the seats. We also noticed that this is the quietest tub we tested. You can have a conversation in this tub. The only con is that the calf jets are pretty weak. I love the air injection on and my wife likes it off.

Price Paid: $8500

Pros:
Roomy and Comfortable
Quality fit and finish
Quiet Pumps Bottom Pan
Love the dual waterfalls with backlighting

Cons:
Control Panel is difficult to read at night, needs better backlighting.
Calf jets are not very well positioned

This tubs rocks. This is my second tub with my second house. Coming home form work knowing that my tubs is in place, makes I-4 driving that much more bareable. The streo is an added pleaseur for me and my wife. It's big enough for freinds, and family also the 5 yr.warranty gives us peace of mind.

Pros:
We love the Jet power when we cranck up our new tub. The AM/FM Stero w/ CD and floating remote are a blast. I dont have to worry about loosing this remote it just floats in our spa waiting on me..

Cons:
This tub is BIG my wife sometimes floats in the lounger. We bought the booster seat from our local dealer.
