When we bought this tub it was from the fair where they had them set up and they looked really nice. they had a lifetime warranty, and a solid shell, with 110V or 220V hook-ups. this fell into something we were looking for. at the time of sale the customer service was excellent. after install we never heard from them again, wouldn't answer there phone, even the manufacture was hard to get a hold off.

Pros:
low maintenance, pleasing exterior, low water usage, 110/220V, nice jet lay-out, ease of access to compartments and piping.
Cons:
surface not withstanding the use, breaking down the smooth surface, customer service very bad, even from the manufacture. having water issues everytime it is filled, having to continue to drain and refill because of toxic build-up, poor customer support. |
