I'm a little slow at posting this, but a little over a month ago, I was having some trouble balancing my water and wasn't feeling like I was getting the best advice from my dealer, so I gave Term a holler. He told me what I needed and got me in contact with Kim in their Tyler store. She took my order for some chems and a bromine floater, and I got them so fast! Awesome service. She also threw in a laminated sheet with instructions on water maintenance that they give their own customers. I just wanted to post publicly how very helpful they were and I appreciate it so very much!
We are getting ready to do our first water change in the next few days. Y'all might be hearing more questions from me again :-/
