Couple of neat features. I bought a new computer with it rather than upgrade.  It took me forever to get it on my network and for it to see my other computers and my printer, but it turned out that wasn't Vista's fault, it was the stupid pre installed Norton Internet Security program.

Buying it was a pain, the stupid little geek selling it was a pain, I just wanted to buy it and go. Finally had to tell the little 5h1t that I have been working on computers when his dad was still in Diapers.  ;)

Chas:
Think I'll go back to Mac.

 8-)

Brewman:
The only way I'd take a new OS would be to buy a new computer.  I've heard too many horror stories of people trying to install a new OS on their existing machine.
I'm not even sure this PC I have has the nads to run Vista.
Hopefully by the time I get a new PC most of the bugs will be worked out of Vista.

GoBlue:
You are very wise Brewman.  People as me when they should upgrade to Vista.  I tell them when they get a new PC. And when Vista SP1 comes out...

Probably good advice.  Upgrades can frequently be a little dicey.  I was not prepared to risk my main PC that I use for my business.  Since my daughter left, I've had a empty computer desk, so I put the new PC there so my wife can use it while I'm working on mine.  I always have the top end PC in the house, so she thinks she does  :D  I wasn't going to rush in but I have customers buying it now, so I've got to familiarize myself with it.
