I'm sure he is. He had just returned from an overseas mission trip where he works with underpriveleged children. He and his beautiful wife have a young daughter they adopted from one of these countries. I'm just thankful that the criminals were meted out justice, but I am sure the burden he bears is heavy.

I'd tell him that God was looking out for him and his and it could just as easily been him, his wife and young daughter that were dead instead of the "kids."

Everybody has choices in life. The smart ones live by the rules....

Wish the rest of the country had the same attitude Texas does about this (and, oh, BTW, I'm NOT an NRA member).
