I'm going to buy an M9 in the next couple of days, but there is a review for the M9 on the Bullfrog site that says:

12/04/2020

Cannot run three pumps
"seats 10" but not really because you can't run all the pumps simultaneously or tub stops heating.

Anyone have an M9 and care to comment?

Also - how do you like the M9???

I spoke with the dealer

He said that the review is incorrect

The heater will operate 24/7 since it is a 240 volt system

The pump is also tied to the circulation pump which filters 24/7

Anyone have a different experience?

This would have to do with how many amps the pumps draw versus how many amps your feeding to the tub. If, with all three pumps running and only enough amps to do that then the heater would be the first to stop functioning.
