ACE Saltwater System on my 2012 Sovereign
castletonia:
Correct. Currently the electronics know that you have ACE and know that something isn't correct, which is why the blinking light. If you disconnect the ACE controller from the IQ2020 box them if everything else is good and working on the hot tub, the green light should go solid.

Well.....turns out after all my ACE does work and its back online and its in the OK range. Sat in the hot tub last night for the first time and now im having one other issue. Posted another thread about it. Will check out the double moto massage jets tonight as they're not going up and down. Filters are brand new and messing with the air control valve did nothing. It feels like the jet wants to go up and down but it doesn't. Im assuming its the original jets as its a 2012 so its pry time to order new ones. Easy installation as I watched video of it. Only challenging part will be doing this with water in the tub as I dont want to drain any water out as I just got my salt levels correct lol Do I have to shut off power when changing out the moto massage jets or no? Thanks.

The assembly is easy to change out. I'd do a partial drain to make it easier then get in but you could try while full first (got a simple scuba mask?).

No scuba mask. Ill just drain it to make it easier. Im sure it wont take that much salt to get in the Ok range again as far as the ACE system goes. Hopefully my local Hot Springs dealer has these jets in stock along with the air manifold.

You won't need to do a full drain.
