HOT SPRINGS PULSE PRICING
« on: July 12, 2017, 04:35:41 pm »
Hi All,

Did a wet test today on a Hot Springs pulse.  Price $8900, includes stairs, cover, cover lifter, delivery/set up, start up chemicals, and Ozone system.

I live in NJ just wanted to poll the team here to see if that is in the ball park.

I'm comparing to a Artesian 860 price here is $8600 with the same as above, so apples to apples.

Please let me know your thoughts.

Thanks

The price/deal you get is certainly important but the wet test is arguably even more important. You say you wet tested, did you like them equally or did one feel/fit better than the other?

Great thanks for the input.

Yes wet tested them both.  I liked the Hot Springs better than the 860.  Given the closeness in price the better reviews for Hot Springs dealer in regards to service ect.

I will most likely go with the HS Pulse.  Keep you all posted on what happens and the final outcome.

This site has been great.

Best....

I got quoted $9745 plus tax for the Pulse,...I guess I have more room to negotiate.

All you can do is ask, he may or may not work with you, best way to negotiate is too have your checkbook in hand with the intention to buy right there on the spot ;)

Yeh - I havent begun the hard negotiation yet because I havent really decided on a tub yet. I was sent to this dealer bc its a friend of a friend. Up in the air between

Sundance - Optima
Jacuzzi - J470 or J385
Hot Springs - Pulse

Looking at Bullfrog this week. Haven't seen them yet but with all the great reviews I have to check into it.

you're looking at some good options, I sold Hot Spring for years and sold a ton of the Pulse/Flair models...I would HIGHLY recommend taking a look at (wet test preferably) a Bullfrog before writing a check though....Good Luck!

I finally got in my wet test for the Bullfrog yesterday. Love it. Its actually my favorite tub but his pricing on it is way high I believe. $16,895. Too much for me. I was hoping to be around $12k
