There are a variety of reasons I would not recommend purchasing one of these spas, but the most egregious is their warranty language.  It's the worst hot tub warranty I've ever seen.  I'll quote one of the many things in their warranty that sound crazy.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will only repair your spa or replace
your spa or the part at the factory, and you must pay the cost to return
the spa or part to us. We do not have any authorized service
representatives.

No experience with it personally.  However, everything about their website, lack of history, and terrible warranty screams run away.

Hot tubs aren't like grocery store branded chips versus say... Lays or Ruffles.  Even that, I say Lays or Ruffles are light years ahead in terms of taste.

Seeing as their is no history on this brand, how can you take their '25 year' shell structure warranty seriously?  They could have been in business starting in 2016 and now on the brink of going out of business, meaning your warranty is gone.

Not to mention, you are responsible for all the labor (their 25 year warranty consist of them paying for the materials needed to fix the shell, not the actual labor, which would be the expensive part.)

Oh, and there is no labor warranty... period.  Talk about lack of faith in their product.

It is my strong recommendation that you look elsewhere.  If you want something inexpensive that won't give you nightmares, there are plenty of options.  I am a strong advocate for going against Costco or Walmart or whatever... however, those options are much better than what you were just inquiring about.
