I bought it from Spa Depot. Within amonth of set up the foil on the inside of the cover started falling off. After a few months the tub lining started coming apart. First it developed a leak in the air jet system rendering it unusable because it blew air into the pump intake. Unable to pump water the heater element would quickly over heat, and shut down. around the same time the main verticle seam of the lining started coming apart from the bottom up, leaking all the water out. Spa Depot refered me to the manufacturer. Comfort line products told me I needed to give them $100 for shipping and handleing. I went back to Spa depot, and they were no help at all. So if you want to pay a hundred bucks for parts every few months then this is the tub for you.

Loved this little unit. Easy set-up and take down. Seats 4 adults comfortably due to shape. A lot of fun, but would invest in a better after-market cover for winter months. No warranty issues, ran great but a bit loud. Great starter tub.

Price Paid: $2300
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
Low price, easy set-up, no special wiring, surprisingly comfortable seating, great pressure from jets, looks great, fun

Cons:
expensive to run in the winter
(would consider taking down in the colder months) cover difficult to take on and off (snaps)

I think this product offers a very good value for the money spent..($1350.00). I was suprised how comfortable the seating was and and it doesn't seem to use much power, my estimate about $20.00 a month on average. I also like the massage action the spa provides for my sore back at the end of the day. Customer service has also been very helpful with any questions I have had.

Pros:
Easy to set up.
Low cost portable spa.
Very comfortable.
Easy to maintain.

Cons:
Could use a better cover but it is OK
