Sumi (the manager) and the team are great. We bought our first spa here and they took the time to help us get everything going. Sumi even took the time to stop by our house to give us pointers and help us balance our water. The spa is amazing and the customer service cannot be beat. Like many of you I do deep research before making any major purchase. A hot tub isn't exactly a necessity so I had to be sure I was getting a quality product with the best available deal. I only buy when I know I'm getting the BEST deal. They worked with me a bit and I couldn't have made a better purchase.
