LA Spa - Model Concord. For two years I have been ignored and refused service from LA Spa. I live in Kansas City, MO. LA Spa has no dealer in the Kansas City area, and has refused me warranty work, since my spa was two weeks old.
#1. Broken Ozonator. Two years later they finally send me one. However they want me to install it myself. Again they won't back the warranty on the spa.
#2. Defective acrylic "Blemish" in the tub, area is about 6*10. Tub is blue, blemished area is WHITE appeared within two weeks of the dealer setting up the tub.
The dealer I bought the tub from stated to me that LA Spa should replace the tub due to the acrylic problem. Jerry Heilig former Vice President, LA Spa promised to send out a rep to look at tub and replace if necessary. The spa dealer went out of business about two months after I bought my tub. Since he went out of business LA Spa has refused to do anything. They stated the dealer was independent, and they wouldn't replace it. David Kingston V.P. Quality and Business Operations LA SPAS took over for Jerry Heiling, and had never returned any of my phone calls. He did finally send me an email refusing to do anything to the tub, and now states that I should goto the dealer for repair.
LA Spa has been totally unresponsive, and unwilling to back the warranty on this spa, since it was two weeks old. I would not recommend anyone buying a spa from the LA-SPA Company. There quality is obviously lacking, and the warranty is WORTHLESS.
