I am very disatisfied with the training level of my local dealer service and sales staff. Scheduled and no show service calls, rude on telephone and generally poor customer service. Spoke with the manufacturer, recv'd one email resonse and then they stopped responding. Carefully determine the reputation of your local dealer cause it doesn't look like the manufacturer is going to help.

Almost 6 months used almost every night and we really look forward to our Sat. morning soaks with a nice hot cup of joe before a long bike ride and again Sat. night. Jets have really good power with all running we really can't stand full power. It's always nice to have power in reserve. LOve the tri-x filters, just toss em in the dishwasher.

Have owned for a month tubbin every night for an hour. Wife and I can't wait to get in every night. The power of this small tub is great I believe it is only a two seater but thats all I need.
