My wife and I got this mainly for the two of us to use back in February 2007. We wired it for 220v service. After seven months or so of use we couldn't be happier. It only costs about $25/mo in added electricity. We bought a second filter for it and maintaining it has been a breeze.

We had a minor electrical problem (thermostat was a bit flakey). Called Jacuzzi and they sent out service guy within a couple days, did a warranty replacement on it, and it's worked fine since. No big deal.

Date Purchased: 2/2007
Price Paid: $4000
Recommend: Yes
Pros:
right size for two people; good jets; economical to operate; colored diode lights are fun

Cons:
none

This is our first spa. Decided to go with a smaller one, since we envisioned just the two of us using it (no kids). Wanted to have room for one or two others, if we had guests - which I think we do.

Jacuzzi name ends up being worth something - they stand behind their product, and it is a good product to begin with. I like the logic board for the controls - the economy mode is a great option. Also, at only 220 gallons, it is half the water of many other tubs, so less chemicals, less heat, etc.

We had a minor issue with the temperature sensor and the dealer had a service person out the next day. He replaced the sensor, and left me his cell phone number - said to call him if we had any other issues.

That's what I call service.

The LED lights are great - and sometimes we like not having any lights at all - great system.
