Decided on the Jacuzzi after wet-testing Saratoga, Caldera, Sundance and visting a Dynasty and Cal Spa dealership.
Felt the Jacuzzi J-380, their biggest model, was exactly what my girlfriend and I were looking for. We are entertainers and always have guests. Therefore, we needed a fairly large hot tub. It's also great when it's just the 2 of us because there's multiple seats each with a different jet pattern we can choose from.
Jacuzzi has been around for along time and I believe they will continue to uphold a great warranty and customer service expectations.
