We have had almost continuous problems since we bought this hot tub. First the jets started popping out. The dealer said they had a bad batch of plastic and were replacing the jets as they failed. Then I started getting rust colored water coming out of the water feature. Then the cirulation pump went out. The PC board went out. The bubble buttons broke (same bad batch of plastic.) The wood slats are buckling. Now I have a "watch dog" problem.

Our tub never worked RIGHT. The pumps would lose their prime, after calling everyone ( our dealer, Jaccuzzi and 2 service co.) both pumps were replaced and it still does not work! The good news is that they are telling me they are going to replace the spa. I don't know how long this process will take, but I hope we will be happy soon.

Overall I do enjoy this tub, but cannot recommend it because of all of the small problems I've had and the absolutely horrible dealer support from Van Dorn Pools & Spas in Baltimore. Here's a list of the problems I've had in the 6 months I've owned the spa:
- Pump 2 did not work on initial startup
- 1 jet keeps popping out
- 1 jet became "stuck" in the off position
- 2 air buttons became "stuck" in the on position
- The diverter valve is "stuck" and the handle broke
- The tub stopped working with a "watchdog" error
It has been 2 months since I called in the problem with the diverter valve and Van Dorn still has not fixed it and refuses to return my calls. This is the poorest customer service I've ever had.

No need to spend 8000 on a tub this one has it all
