Unfortunatly, Puchase that was so good became a nightmare - Terrible service from Canadian distributor.
No support from Emerald to back me up on mistakes that the dealer made. The product is OK but the after sales service is realy bad.

Cons:
Terrible after sale service in Canada
After 5 month usage - Their Durabuilt cabinet turned out to be a Duracheap cabined (Stained and screws broke in the spa) - Yes 5 months later !
Black painted base already needs a coat of paint !!

Love my spa - Shopped for many months and chose Emerald. Great construction, attention to detail, service is great until now. Sent several E-mails to Emerald ans the same person responded rapidely to all of my questions. The massage is great in this tub and it is comfortable. Nothing negative to say about product and company until now. They exceeded my expectations in every way!
I recommend this product and model for a maximum of 4 adults.

Very quiet even when blower and 2 pumps on.
Beautiful and good quality acrylic shell
Great warranty - Flawless service until now. Many powerfull jets.
Cons:
Only one dealer in East Canada.
