Very easy to maintain the water balance. My spa has no gimmicks (water fountains, pillows, stereos) which i like because there's less to worry about breaking down. It has only one jet motor but it gives a great massage in every seat. It has an excellent design (e.g. the cool down seat has a calf massage). I like it - a lot. I decided on this spa in part because of great advice from Steve. Given all the information on this forum I'm sure I would have been happy with many other Spas including Sundance, Hot Springs, etc.
