Bought this spa in Bend Oregon for mauls high lakes spas. Very knowledgeable and service is excellent. The quality of this spa is wonderful, it looks nice and even in the coldest temps stays warm with just the heat of the motor. Took a little while getting all the chemicals stuff down but in life all things come to those who keep trying. i would highly recommend any hot tub from Arctic.

Excellent spa for the money. They do not skimp on quality, the ease of operation of thier spas and the sbility to heat the spa with just the motor. Very cost effective
