Title: Restoring Shell

I have an old jacuzzi that has a faded shell after many years of use.  Is there a way to restore it or paint it in order to bring back the color?  Thanks.

There are waxes for acrylic but once it has faded from chemicals and UV, you're pretty much outa luck.

It is definity faded.  Can it be painted?
