As promissed, here are some pics of the new Chairman II. The patio is starting to come together...I added some plants and rocks... still need plants for the planters though. Now if my grass will just turn green again....

With the fencing and style of home, its looks like some neighborhoods around me.
-
I have been out there and I know what you mean. We are in a brand new community and they are moving towards that style. 2 story homes on more narrow lots....they can really jam more homes in that way....we like it though...just wish we had a little more privacy in the backyard.
-
Yes privacy is the biggest concern, thats why we do a lot more gazebo/spa combos than many dealers around the country, its for the need of privacy.
-
I thought about the gazebo at first and would prefer that, but wih our summer storms and hurricanes, it would be too hard to take it down all the time. I can take the umbrella down and put it in the garage in a few minutes.
-
lol, now thats something we don't have to worry about, we get some strong winds but I am sure its mild compared to what you face.

Hey very nice Dimension 1 hot tub!
Cool fountain.....like the shell color.
Are those lights built in to the shell?
Thanks for sharing pics...
-
Thanks Zep,
Yes, they are built in led's. They are part of the LFX package....the fountain with lights, cabinet leds, lighted D1 logo tile, and some lighted pagotas ? (i think thats what they call them)....not really sure if it was worth the extra $ , but I figured I might as well get all the extras if I was going to spend that much , right??? Plus, it looks really cool at night.

Thanks for the compliment...actually the paver company delivered the wrong color pavers from what we originally picked, but it turned out ok anyway...at least it was our second choice :-?

I always forget how sharp-looking the Dimension One spas are. Nice set up, you'll be enjoying that spa for years.
