Title: new water
Post by: thearm on April 01, 2007, 12:54:36 pm
Does the temp of the water affect how your water tests out. For example if you test at 50 degrees and at 100 degrees will it give you the same levels of chlorine, ph and total alk? I think it should but need some confirmation from people smarter than me.

My understanding is temp does not effect readings.

I also have been told that calcium absorbs better in colder water.

Dan is right, it does not affect the readings on the strip.
