In Canada that would be too hot for me.

42 degree Celsius = 107.6 degree Fahrenheit.

It recudes inflammation.

I use to have a gym that had an ice pool that was kept at 42.  After that the regular pool was warm.

Its up to 72.  Hopefully it will be 104 after the Bob Seger Concert tonight.
