Re-brand it and sell it online.
Terminator
I honestly wonder how many entries spa companies receive for these contests. Probably much better odds than other contests that are known about by a larger audience.
Way to go Drew!!!I am so happy for you..I think you should keep your old tub (after all it is part of your family) and let your friends party in it ...have the new tub for a selected few ...(you and your wife).
Guess we'll be seeing the real you ...in a Caldera add or two!
ANd I thought my hubby was lucky, he won an ipod shuffle at work and a Nano from Boars Head Lunch Meats! But you are by far the luckiest....and cleverest (if that is a word). [smiley=beer.gif]

I saw four finalists. They took down the special page, and I don't recall the number of entrants.
If I see it again, I'll post it.
8-)
Do you remember what the other three entries were? I'm just dying to know if I was a finalist.
They made an offical annoucemnt on thier website. and posted the entry up on thier website. The did mention that – Marilyn D. located in Cheshire, CT. was the 2nd place runner up.
Marilyn, are you a fellow member? :)
I went to Gombo's link, and read the little blurb.......my first thought was, "Andy? Who the heck is Andy? I thought Drewstar won!!!! Is he pulling our leg again?????" ........
Then I realized I really need to get some sleep. ;D
Very nice drewstar.

I was going to add that I shower every day, and will wear my "in public" suit. Your in Mass. right? I've never gone there on purpose.
Ahhh come on. It's not that bad. ;) It's not like we're talking Ohio.... ;D :D ;)
I should have said on pleasure rather than on purpose. I've spent a lot of time up there on business. I only have two negative things to say about it, and they are about Boston.
1. Boston is the worst town to drive in, I'll take Chicago or NY anyday.
2. Boston Radio Traffic reporters have their own names for streets and it is secret information from visitors. I was there once and their was a hazardous chemical spill on "The Van Ryan" Try finding the Van Ryan on any Hertz map.
;D YOu may also want to stay away from the tunnel. ::)
Ahh, the Calahan and Sumner tunnels. I have three memories of them.
My first time in Boston, I flew into NY Laguardia for a "in and out" trip. No baggage, and no cash, did everthing with credit card. Ended up in Nashua and drove back to Boston, came through the tunnel and saw the toll booths (back then they had them inbound) I went to the automated exact change booth, blew through it and dumped the car at Hertz and ran to my plane.
2nd time I had rented a brand new Pontiac Firebird (I think this was '84) It had a 4 cylinder and wouldn't idle with the AC on. It was Sept and 95F and I was in a jam in that tunnel.
Third time was coming in eastbound on the Mass Pike (90) and trying to merge across 5 lanes to get to the tunnel exit. (Term's 50 cal should be required.)

I think drewstar may be referring to the "new" Ted Williams Tunnel that we from the South Shore take. Thats the tunnel that had the ceiling panel fell on a car resulting in a fatality.
I'm only about twenty miles outside of Boston and I don't know what the Van Ryan is.
Van ryan stumped me too.
Maybe it was an asian radio annoucer and Wm heard "Van Ryan" when actually they were reporting a mini van lying across the road...?
Is the Van Ryan Chicago?I94 is called the Dan ;) Ryan expressway in Chicago. It is 5-7 lanes each way.
Is the Van Ryan Chicago? Whatever the name of the highway going N-S (95 or 93?) The locals had a name for it other than the obvious I-number.

I-93 through the city was called the Central Artery when it was elevated. Now it is underground and officially named the Thomas "Tip" O'Neil Tunnel.
