What does UT-1
                UT-2, UT-3, UT -4 MEAN on the control panel?

If it's a Watkins product it means Up Temp 1, Up Temp 2, Up Temp 3 and Up Temp 4. UT1 is 3/4 of a degree over 104 and each additional UT is 3/4 of a degree hotter than the other.
