I've seen more petite and feminie looking women but I'd hardly call her "man-ly".

Now for a completely chauvinistic point of view...I wonder if by "Man-ly" he means "taking control" of the party.  She does seem to be the one running things...

Page 1 - Bringing cups (full of adult beverages)
Page 2 - The wine lady hath arrived!
Page 3 - C'mon ya'll dogs, let's party!  I have on my special crown and X-ray specs! (Must be Mardi Gras)
