A moth has flown up in the control panel and died. How can I get it out of there?

looks like a software bug. Better call tech support.
Course. they'll tell you it's a feature.
-
How did that get in there. Removing the top side and shaking it out might be the only way. Its not that difficult to remove, and silicone it back into place.Labor wise maybe 1/2 hour.

I've had it happen before...not a moth, but a smaller bug. It disappeared on its own.

I really want to know what the little eye on the bottom left is for.

Term, Thats so you can INVERT the display screen. It allows people who can't read upside down to see what the temperature in the tub is when they are in it! ;)
-
Cool! Turn the display upside down, the moth will fall out, problem solved.

No, no, no - that isn't what the button does. That is the "beam me up" button.

That is an excellent idea!

The Tiger River Spas display does the same thing. I'm trying to catch me a moth in my Caspian to see if it will work. So far, I ain't caught nothing.

I was thinking it was for the ejection seat.

I always wondered how difficult it would be to get a vasectomy if you were a moth.

If it got in there has to be a hole somewhere. If you can see the backside of the panel from inside the tub when you remove the outside siding and can find anything that might be the access point the bug went in through perhaps you can put a vacuum on the bottom and suck the little bugger out of there? Might need to use a bit of rubber like an "O" ring to create enough vacuum. But if the surface isn't very flat probably won't work. Can't recall off the top of my head what the bottom side of the control panel looks like and it is probably different from yours even if I could.
Assuming you can find a hole in the first place!
