Title: Caldera Tahition
Post by: Mainer on December 29, 2006, 09:23:07 pm
Hi All, Happy New Year-
My caldera is only 3 months old and needs the 2 stage pump motor replaced.  Do any dealers ever stock parts anymore?  Been 2 weeks and still waiting.  I was also told that since there are no ball valves in line,  they need to empty the tub.  Just filled it 2 weeks ago.  Isn't there a way to "cork" that line or something to avoid draining?  Thanks all and have a great "07"

I would not worry about the water.

It does not cost much to fill it up

Spa should be usable.

It is difficult to stock pumps if a service compnay/dealer works on many spas, as there are so many pumps depending on the spa.

Yes, it is a bummer.  However, it is under warranty. :-?

HI, I am still using the tub,but you can smell the motor heating up.  Bought it from Glamour out of Auburn. Said it would be replaced this week.  Have a good one,  Bill
