You take the cake. :o
That is by far the nicest setup I've seen posted here. Aaah, what a beautiful sight. Love that fountain and can't get my eyes off the flatwork. What great ideas!

Really nice. Is your development on a golf course?

Beautifully Done!
Regards, Zz :)

Very nice! Does your HOA have restrictions on how close the spa can be to your neighbor's home?

No, that is just a pond in the middle, some day there will be houses on the other side. That big building you can see in the distance is a 3 rink Ice skating place that went belly up several years ago..... 3 rink? Texas?

By the HOA we can not "build" within 3 feet of the neighbors house. I can plant shrubs and things, but no sturctures...that said, when we applied for permission to build the gazebo, they said we needed to be at least 3'3" off the neighbors. We are....exactly.

Lovely, jgirvine!
You have a really artistic flair. I love your attention to details.
Very fine. 8-)

Did anyone from the HOA ever come around to check it (after it was built)?

They never came and rang the doorbell to tell us, but they could have, we could not finish the landscaping till they finished the house next door, and that just happened last week.
