Title: Hot tub - not soo hot

Hey all,
Thanks for the help in advance I appreciate it.

Well it's been a month since I went into my hot tub (I know I'm a sinner) and I put the thermostat at 102 2 days ago to go in tonight but low and behold it was more like 80 degrees.  What could the problem be?  I have a Tiger River Sumatran about 3 years old.

 Some spas have sleep or econo modes.Look in the manual
