Title: Grandee with espresso cabinet
Post by: SpaMorph on October 12, 2006, 12:19:07 pm
Does anyone know if this is available or scheduled to be available in the near future?

Why would HS not have this as an option on one of its most high-end products?

You could probably get the Espresso if you pressed hard enough on it.

I have one on my deck at this moment.  Sterling Marble with Espresso cabinet.

I'll post a picture in a minute.

So it is available?  The website doesn't show an "espresso" option on the Grandee.

I have a Grandee with an espresso cabinet.   :)

As we were shopping my wife mentioned that she really likes the espresso, and the dealer said he could get it for us.

I like it more for the verticle only "slats" than for the color (but I like the color, too).

I hadn't planned on it...I actually went about a week and a half ago to try and find Spaman.  No one I talked to had heard of him and I didn't know how to get in touch with him.

I had planned to do a write up on what I saw, but to be honest, I was just not in the mood to listen to all the BS spewing from the salespeople in the spa booths.  I listened in on some of their pitches, kicked a few cabinets, and went home feeling very good about the product I sell compared to what some folks are peddling. :)

I'm thinking about taking a day off and going again, though.

Which vendors were there?

MasterSpa
Dimension 1
Sundance
Morgan Spa
CalSpa
Aries
Caldera and Leisure Bay (Rec Warehouse)

MasterSpa's booth was HUGE, taking up the center court right underneath Big Tex...almost like he'd crapped their whole setup.

CalSpa had a ton of spas...of course, they have a ton of different models.  They even had a red one!!!  I've never seen a red one, but it looked kind of cool!

Sundance had an indoor booth mixed in with saunas, patio furniture, etc.

Rec Warehouse had a large tent with a lot of spas.  They needed to do a better job keeping the spas clean.  The water in one was green and foamy. :P

D-1 had a nice tent, but all the spas were white.  I was really surprised when I looked at the spas.  They were different from what I expected.

Aries, far and away, has the absolute nicest booth layout.  I'd be willing to bet that they outsell all the other spa companies there combined.  There's nothing extraordinary about their spas, but they do an EXCELLENT job displaying them.

Morgan is just Morgan.  That's it.

ok Term.....I am going out to the State Fair sun
morning and thought I would say hi if you were manning
a booth.....maybe next year.

I was out there last saturday for the TX/OU Game
but it was chaos with the huge game crowd and I
didnt get to see much.

I will check out some of the dealers you spoke about.
