Title: cover lift and steps for envoy
Post by: ckoc on August 23, 2006, 09:18:03 am
Hi, trying to decide how to position the spa with the best view available from lounger and capt chair - is there a particular side that the cover needs to lift behind (ie the back side - opposite the lounger) or can you have it lift on the side with the left side with the filter?

which lifter works best?  or is basic one that comes with it good enough?

also for stairs and point of entry - do most people enter where the soothing sevens jets are on the right side (assuming the outside controls are the front of the spa)

thanks in advance!

The cover folds back away from the lounge, door panel, and control panel.  I believe you can also request a cover that will fold side to side from your dealer.  We did one for a customer at one of our other stores.

If you have 25" of clearance, the CoverCradle would be the #1 choice for a lifter.  Otherwise, I would go with the CoverMate.

Most people enter the spa from the side you described.  I just climb over the front and plop down in the lounge. :)

Good luck and enjoy the spa.  It is a wonderful tub!
