Title: jetsetter questions
Post by: 1214 on August 02, 2006, 08:40:23 am
Thank you everyone for all of the great info.  I really like the jetsetter (hotsprings) for size and quality.  My question now is regarding price and wet testing.
The price quoted was 5695.00 including cover, delivery, ozone, ozone install, and chlorine starter kit.  They will sell tax free if we buy by 8/13.  I thought they were giving me a deal because it was in stock, however the price I keep seeing on this board is 5095.00
Any help would be appreciated.
One more question.... The dealer has a couple of tubs available for wet testing, but not this model. Is it worthwhile to test out a different model?

You can wet test a Sovereign and get a good idea how the various seats and jets feel in the Jetsetter.

The ozone is now standard, and is factory installed on all HS 2006 spas.

At that price, I might be tempted to ask for a cover lift, but the Jetsetter is one spa which can be readily enjoyed without a lift because of the size and shape.

That seems a pretty fair price for a Jetsetter.  I've seen them go for 6300.

My local dealer sells it for $5600 when on sale and $5800 as the everyday walkin price.

So at the very least you know you are in the range.

PS-
Just make sure the size is something you can live with for a real long time..........
