Thanks for the infomercial. Aren't ALL spas "virtually" leakproof? Does anyone promote one that can leak? All I see is a bunch of hot air and marketing gimmicks.

Hey wait a sec... We're the only spas with a 6 stage self clean aspect and double thermal lock insulation!! We must be the best too!! WooHoo...happy dance time!

HOLY? And they're energy efficient too? :o  HEY! Thanks for that great marketing angle. Do you mind if others use it too?

And I've been promoting ours as energy pigs that leak all the time  :-/...Now I see the error in my ways!  ;D

Sounds like a bunch of BULL............FROG.  ;D

It was lifted directly off the Bullfrog web page.

word.for.word.

A discussion on bullfrog spas from a dealer would be great.
a drive by comercial just insult folks

Hmmm, that makes 2 spa sites today that have had "someone" post on a blatant Bullfrog plug.

Coincidence?

The local Bullfrog dealer has continuously had his "Spa Sale" banner up for almost 2 years now.  It kind of loses some of it's Ooomph! after a couple of months ::).

Kinda like the Macy's "ONE DAY" sale.  They advertise lowest prices of the year with their sales.  Problem is they have this special sale every other week.  We stopped shopping there primarily because of this.

OK I gotta take a stab at it! Our dealer in "the springs" started buyin them cheaper and it would seem that our friend "Todd the Bobble King" AKA TBK is trying to promote his new not so successful line of spas!

Maybe alleonna came here thinking everyone were idiots and this sort of spam would be enough to catapult Bullfrog into the category of industry leader as we would all drop our current lines, jobs or prospective purchase of another product? ???

Come to think of it...I think Chas' first post was very similar? ;) Worked for him.... ;D

It's amazing when dealers do that isn't it? Sure makes it hard to promote a REAL sale when they have one!

I try to keep it all positive,
but I must admit I don't
get the allure of "removeable
jet packs".

To me that would be a real
pain in the "A".

Why not just switch seats?

Certainly you would have to turn
the spa off to change the jets?

I can't imagine going to the
trouble of changing out the jet
packs instead of just sliding
over to the next seat.

To me...it just seems like a
"wow" sales tactic that in
reality is very hollow.

But hey....thats just me

It almost word for word the same. think I"ll delete it from my board.

Zep, gimmickie as it might appear, the idea of the different jet packs, I think, is kind of cool. Sure, it's VERY unlikely anyone would ever change out the packs once they buy the spa, but it gives a WHOLE LOTTA options as to the way someone wants to initially set up the spa.

What are there? 4 jet packs in a spa? And 15 or so different ones to choose from? Other than the "sales pitch" people here rag on, I like the concept.

Not only that Zep but most spas offer the ability to change same size jets into different seats creating the ability to totally customize the therapy.

I'm like you, I can't see moving an entire seat back.

One must conclude that all of their seats are the same or similar molds if this can be done. That alone would concern me.

Although I don't like the blatant advertisement we own a Bullfrog tub and I do think they make a good one.  I think that Dr. Spa pointed out the best thing about the jet packs.  Since we got our tub(2 months ago) we have only moved the jet packs once, but I think the key to this feature is that we could.  Bullfrog has many of the same features as other tubs mentioned on this website in addition to the jet pack.  All be it gimmicky in thier selling point, we did move them.

ey guys...  i don't really care how you'd think about what I posted. I just want to post what I had experience with using the Bullfrog spa. I really like their product. And because this is a hot tub and spa forum, I thought its only natural to post anything that must be related to spa and hot tubs.  I had to lift that statement from the bullfrogs site because I believe in what was stated in that statement. I'm not forcing you to believe, It's for you to find out if what is stated in there is true or not. I myself, have already proven that!

And this is for you Steve:

Maybe alleonna came here thinking everyone were idiots and this sort of spam would be enough to catapult Bullfrog into the category of industry leader as we would all drop our current lines, jobs or prospective purchase of another product?  <=== I'm not thinking that way... maybe you do? :) Thinkers are Doers :P

Uhhhh, sure thing... ???  :P

I'm not sure how much cranial power it took to cut and paste from a wesite but this was pure spam and had zero insight or personal experience within your post. A little suggestion for ya...

Had you come here and said, "I own a Bullfrog and just love it because...", you would have been greeted with open arms by all. By spamming a forum of intelligent owners, dealers, etc., your credibility was shot after your first sentence.

If you're just an "owner"  ::) of the product I would suggest a different approach. We've all been here long enough to know differently though... ;)

Here's another little quote to add to your list:
You're selling....we're not buying!

No way, Nice Lady.  My dander gets up from time to time but it passes like the breaking of wind and I am happy once more with your participation.  I have nothing at all against Bullfrogs (I love frog legs, just so you know) and all points of view here are welcome and appreciated, as far as I'm concerned.

Hope you stay awhile and enjoy yourself! :)

thanks again East_TX_Spa! Honestly, I'm not really into joining forums, I'm just fascinated with my spa that I decided to join spa sites. Most sites just ignore me...  :(

Hope to know more members of this forum and share some common insights about spa.

Good day to you!

Geez, is everybody TOUCHY here today, or what? Give her a break! Granted, quoting an advertisement on a website comes across as bad form. But she apologized. It seems really silly to then question her integrity just cuz she figured out special effects. Heck, anyone just messing around with the tags can figure out how to play a little

I own a Bullfrog spa Model 331 the one with 3 Jetpaks, 3 seats and 1 pumps. Well, I didn't actually buy this one, it was a gift from my parents. :)What I love about my spa is that it is very user friendly. Jetpaks are customizable and interchangable. No need to trade my favorite seat, all i have to do is transfer the Jetpaks.  :D

How about you Mr. Terminator... what spa do you own?

It's pretty common knowledge around here that I am the proud owner of a SeaMonkey Supremo Inflatulencio 1 man, 3 lady spa.

I love the fact that I can add more jets to it by simply using a crystallized hydrogen dioxide modification instrument, the portability is fantastic, and it is Dryocupus pileatus-proof.

Plus, it just looks pretty cool on my patio next to my flowers and colonic machine!

Yes, it does, I'm not convinced that was the intention of the author and I will address that privately. However, her signature at the bottom is a clear violation. I'm also addressing that.  For now I see no reason to continue this thread, but won't delete it for now.
