Title: Rule of Thumb
Post by: CapMorgan on June 13, 2006, 12:00:02 am
I just ran out of my PH up and I am going to try baking soda to raise my Ph what is the rule of thumb on how much to use per 100 gallons.

Thanks,

I think most of us use trial and error. Be conservative the first time then adjust what you add the next time.

You might also monitor your alkalinity- baking soda could tend to push that up more than it will your Ph.
Just something to be aware of.
