Thank you!  It's been a long time coming!  We are in SW PA--about 60 miles SW of Pittsburgh.  We have a farm and raise cattle and goats  :P !!!!!

No way, can't be more gray than here.  Haven't you heard, only 22 days of sunshine per year in Pittsburgh!   8)

That is an absolutely beautiful house.  Can I trade you mine in SoCal for it?  We've got sunshine about 350 days a year.   :)
