I've been trying to get a wiring diagram from them for a week now. >:( >:(
I've called their tech support people (all two of them) three times a day since last Friday. Last week they kept telling me they were e-mailing the diagram right away. It never came. This week I asked them to please just fax it to me, it hasn't come. My last wait time was almost 30 minutes before I was able to get through.
I'm just trying to help someone fix this spa so I can sell them a new one, however just think if I were a feild tech working on a Cal Spa. Cal Spas doesn't know I'm not out in the feild waiting for this document.
If this is the new and improved Cal Spas, someone should have clued in the tech support department. >:( >:( >:( >:(

I'm completely shocked at these developments!!

This is exactly why we don't touch any off brand spa unless we're hauling it to the dump. Too many headaches and then you're married to it. No thank you.

This is where the line between being a salesperson and being a tech is getting blurry.
It's like having split personalities, one gets caught up in the sale and says of course I'll get your old Cal Spa up and running so you can sell it, and buy a new one from me. The other one says who in the world agreed to this arrangement....

Where's Spaman or Colorado Cruiser?

My guess is they've both seen the light. Regardless of how hard a dealer works to keep their name good and that product satisfying to their customers, they get little or no help from the manufacturer. Check in fellas, tell me I'm lying!
