I hope this is allowed...
I need to find a Hot Springs Dealer who can order a part for me over the phone or web site. I have the part number from my local dealer but it has been two weeks. If I do not get confirmation from him that the part is on the way then I am looking elsewhere. He had back surgery today and I know he has been distracted but I just want to hear it is on the way. All i get is I believe he ordered it".

What is the part number.
BTW - be prepared to hear something you may not like: HotSpring has given us more backorders in the past six month than the previous 18 years. They are still reeling over a computer system replacement.
I had two or three parts which took over a month to get, and I have NEVER had that from Watkins.
