I am one of the folks who understand the rating system, and I don't put a lot of stock in it.
BUT,
I thought that getting our five-star rating back warranted a topic of its own.
Tear it up.
And Bill, you really shouldn't be seeing this while on your vacation.

Looks like the check cleared, as they're back to 5 stars now.

I am with you. I do not hang my hat on any of the rating's. I am not someone who thinks the rating's are completely bought and paid for but I do not think they are of much value either but that just me.
