Yep, that's it.  More of a Caldera Spa than a HotSpring.

wow....well, I guess some people aren't in it for the frills, and are just looking for a good, basic hot water holder to soak in, huh?
I'm going to hold out on repentance, though, so don't mind me.....but I've got that on my "to do" list, don't worry.  ;D

not bad, considering i wasnt there......i quess this passage came through for me......

Non-action. The foolish expend a great deal of energy and time trying to do everything and end up achieving nothing. On the other end of the spectrum, the truly wise don't seem to do much at all and yet achieve whatever they want. This magic is possible, indeed unavoidable, when one is in tune with the Tao.

happy i could help ;D

I definitely think you guys need to open a Hotspring store in Sweden. I don't know about the Tobago, but a HS Sovereign is like $16500 over here, including tax. :o

A Sundance 880 Maxxus costs $26200.

I could tell you more, but I need to cry for a moment right now.

:)

Term,

I have a friend, who you may know, (not Roger) who calls the the Tobago the Mirage.  It looks like a spa until you get close to it.

You include delivery for that $2995.00?

Yeah but what do you pay for a Big Mac?

My guess is that your Taco Bell's don't have $1 menu's....

That's right, Stuart.  No Taco Bell Menus for a dollar.
In fact, a Bic Mac w/o fries & beverage is 4$.

Another comparison can be gasoline. We pay $6.11 / gallon.

But thats different. The hamburger includes labour and gasoline is taxed up of environmental reasons. A tub is after all just a tub plus freight. Plus profits.
I guess the market is so new that the prices haven't settled yet. There are chinese tubs for $3800 - but who wants that?  ;)

In Texas, a spa is considered a medical expense and if the customer brings in a note signed by a chiropractor or M.D., they do not have to pay sales tax on the spa.  99% of my customers have prescriptions.

Aren't Swedes allowed to own machine guns?  If so, I will definitely see if I can get transferred to HotSpring Massagbad http://www.hotspring.se/.

Instead of crying, go out back and rip off a few mags from your gat and you'll feel better. :)

On another note, I've seen some of the salesladies from the European HS dealers and they are dead sexy, for the most part.

Loss leader, 2995 delivered, set-up, chems, the works.

The guy who bought it came in before Christmas, I told him what to look for in a quality spa, he went out and shopped everyone (even spa companies in Dallas), and came back and bought from me because I was the only straight shooter he talked to.  That made me feel proud in a way but also was disheartening to hear that there is so much flim flam afoot in this industry (as in every industry).

He came in at 1:00, asked how soon we could deliver the spa, I told him next week.  He said that wasn't fast enough so I made a phone call.  One of our techs was at the store, he ran to the warehouse, got the spa, and it was set up at the guy's house by 3:30.  He's tickled pink and I made $8.  Everybody wins! :)
