My wife and I bought a Jacuzzi J-345 last fall from More Than Stoves, based in Colchester, CT. After the tub was installed and we were wiping it out before filling with water, my wife noticed a small surface flaw that would be below water level. I called my dealer the next day, explained the defect (which my dealer said they had never seen before), emailed a picture, and was assured that they would contact Jacuzzi and replace the tub. In the meantime, my dealer said to fill it and use it.
It took 3 months to receive the new tub, but we never skipped a beat in using it. It was a hassle-free honoring of the warrantee (by Jacuzzi and my dealer), so I recommend both without hesitation!
