I just noticed there are two people in the spa in the second pic.

Whoever owns the hot tub needs to get some cleaner friends. And Dichlor.

okay, that's nasty....I'd be darned tempted to add a shocking dose of dichlor while they were still IN the tub, in hopes of killing off their personal cooties, too.  >:( :o

It looks like the water level has gone down far enough to just dump and refill.  I think some rum and coke might have been spilled.

If you look closey at Why Not's 2nd pic, you'll see there are two people in the tub.

I think I would just move to a new house, new deck, new spa.

If you look close, there are 2 people in both.. I think the second is dead and the red is blood.. How dare you post a picture of a dead person!

If I had to guess(seeing the stupidity of the people), I'd say filling.
