Title: Spa not re-heating after water change

How do I reset a Tiger River Caspian heater?  The water change "expert"  obviously did not do things in the right sequence, and I came home to find a cold tub.  What do I do?  Thanks.

It's ok.  It seems to be heating slowly but surely.  Just took awhile to get going.  Should be hot by tomorrow!!  :)
