Only a couple of inches this morning. More on the way.

Had 9 inches of snow this morning - first thing I did was shovel the deck and clear the snow off the spa - then I went in!!!  It was heavenly!!!

I guess we ended up getting between 10 and 12 inches. Just got out from a long soak. Almost time to get dolled up for another Christmas party!

Is there still a place called "The Summit" off Exit 45? (PA a few years ago renumbered the exit system so that is probably like exit 245 or something?  My wife and I honeymooned in the Poconos 24 years and 9 months ago. (No hot tub, but a big heart shaped bathtub :)

Had about 12 inches in NW NJ.  Got it all shovelled and now the wind is blowing it back.  Hopefully it not too windy for a good soak later.

Yes, wmcall....I remember The Summit well! My hubby and I honeymooned there 22 years ago! Besides the heart-shaped tub we also had a swimming pool in our room. Ahhh...the good old days. Unfortunately the Resort has been closed for a few years and I believe a developer who wants to put in more shopping outlets bought it. We actually passed it last night going towards Mt Pocono on our way to Sky Top for a Xmas party.

Thanks for the update. My wife just commented, our marriage has outlasted the place we met, and now the place we honeymooned.   We also outlasted Charles and Di, who got married shortly after.   Maybe I'll dig up a photo from there and bore people.

My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary, 2 years ago, at one of the Pocono resorts (I think it was Cove Haven).  That was when I decided that we had to have a hot tub.  He was thrilled because he got to sing with the band that was performing.  I am curious are most of the people buying Hot Tubs in our age range?

We also are approching our 22nd anniversary- this February in fact.

Now that our kids are about grown up, and getting independent from us, we have more time and money available to splurge on some fun stuff- the spa was pretty much at the top of the list.

I'd say so.  I've got maybe 2 customers in their 20's, maybe a half dozen in their 30's, everyone else is 40 and over.
