Title: Why no Silken in California?

Does anyone know why Spa Guard's Silken is not available in California?  My local dealers do not carry it.  I found it online but they will not ship to California.

My guess would be it is known to cause cancer in the state of California.   ;D

I've always thought it weird that all these products are out there but as soon as you cross the CA border...BAM...tumor.    ;)

Its really strange how the same garden hose or children's play sand bought from Home Depot in Oregon is just fine, but as soon as you cross the border into Cali it may give you cancer.  Makes you wonder why we all want to live here.  

Must be that hot 35* December weather.  But, hey at least its clear blue skies.   :)
