Yep went out to the tub and sure enough it has a green tint.  I guess since it we haven't used it a lot recently, then forgetting to add the sanitizer didn't help.  I base this on previous comments.

Of course this doesn't happen in the summer when its warm.  Nooooo!!!

Another project on the list - of course it moves to the top
