All,
I promised these shots a while back, but finally got to posting them. I custom-cut this thermal blanket to a VERY close fit; I just fling it over the top of the cover when jumping in. After a couple of months, I don't know if it really helps the energy consumption or not, but it hasn't been much of a hassle to use, and I do think it will save some wear and tear on the inside of the cover. For those of you in the cold climates, it might be a good investment. For others, just having Tammy over every night would generate plenty of heat.... ;)

Just wondering, is that a solar pool cover? I think it is a great idea to protect your cover and it can't hurt on the energy conservation either!

It's not a pool cover per se, as they're giant and expensive. It's the same thing, only in a small size and under $30.
