Title: Price for Sundance Caprio

Is this a fair price for a Sundance Caprio?  I was quoted $5399 for the spa with ozone, cover, delivery and set-up.  I need a 110V spa because I'm renting where I'm at now and don't want to spend the money on a long electrical run.  I can convert it to 220 when I buy my own place down the road.
