Title: Are HS jets loud?

I am relaxing in my new grandee, but I notice that jet #2 is much louder (i.e. harsher) than jet #1.  The front control panel door vibrates when this pump is used making me use #1 and avoid #2 due to noise pollution.

Is this normal?  I can imagine that they won't sound identical, but this seems to go beyond what I would expect.

Any techs out there have any ideas?  Do I bother my dealer with this?

They should sound the same.  I would call the dealer.

If it's annoying, don't hesitate to get it looked at.  The spa should never be annoying (and shouldn't make you do #1) ;).

I started to email you directly as I figured you have plenty of experience with HS and your perspective would be appreciated.  I am not expecting perfection in my new tub (i.e. whisper quiet pumps), but I feel that this might not meet HS own high expectations.
