Title: HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  :'( :'(Just did my 1 month water change. refiled with water, turned power back on and the second pump makes noise but there is no water flow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a j365 please help :'( thanks

Did you fill it through the filter hole? If not - do it that way next time.

It's probably air in the pump. Try loosening the diverter vales and listen for air escaping. My dealer told me this trick - if it doesn't work, I think you need to go to the pump and loosen the drain plug.

It worked!!!! I did fill the right way and had done the one diverter valve like the bible oh I mean manual said but it did not work, when i did the second diverter a bunch of air came out. It took a minute but the water started flowing!!!!!! all is right with the world again. Thank you so much for your help. :-*
